Sirocco (970 Woodland Street, Nashville, TN) operates the-sirocco.com and the reservation, guest-list, event-inquiry and deposit forms on it.

What we collect

When you reserve a table, join the NYX guest list, send an event inquiry or pay a deposit, we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone, party size, date and any notes. Our reservation partner (SevenRooms) and our payment processor (Stripe) collect this on our behalf under their own policies. Our website also uses cookies and tags (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) that record how you reached the site and what you did on it.

How we use it

To seat you, confirm and remind you about your reservation or event, answer your inquiry, process deposits and, if you have agreed, send you news and offers from Sirocco.

Advertising measurement

To understand whether our advertising brings guests in, we may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address or phone number with Google and Meta. They use it only to match your visit to an ad you may have seen, and they cannot read the original address or number from the hashed version. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Email ads@the-sirocco.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing messages or advertising measurement. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email; reply STOP to any text.

Retention and security

We keep reservation and inquiry records for as long as we need them to run the restaurant and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Access is limited to staff who need it.
